Loved my stay! The onsen experience was super relaxing, and I enjoyed the complimentary ramen dinner. The tatami floors really brought out the traditional vibe. Only downside was the tatami in the locker room smelling a bit musty. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind!

Indoor onsen with multiple hot baths is fantastic.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Compact Twin Room with Tatami Floor. The onsen was a relaxing escape with both indoor and outdoor baths. Free ice cream and a delicious breakfast buffet were highlights. The hotel is very close to the train station, making it easy to explore.

I had an amazing experience staying in a Standard Double Room with Tatami Floor. The onsen was a highlight with multiple hot baths, a cold bath, and even a dry sauna to relax in after. Plus, the complimentary popsicles and fermented milks in the relaxation room were such a delightful touch!

Staying here was a delightful surprise! Spacious rooms with tatami floors and an exceptional spa area open all night, complete with multiple hot baths, a sauna, and complimentary late-night ramen. Location is unbeatable, just steps from the train station and a short stroll to the park. Truly a relaxing experience!

We stayed with our two small kids and enjoyed the onsen experience. the nearby convenience store made it easy to grab snacks. We also loved the evening ramen, which was a hit with the family, and the refreshing free drinks were a nice touch.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided thicker pillows for better neck support.

The lack of futons as requested left me disappointed with the overall experience.
